Director of Organization Services
Overview
The Director of Organization Services is a mid-level leadership role and a key member of the eam, working alongside the Director of Programs and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the organization, overseeing internal operations and providing direct support to the CEO. This position manages staff, supports grant-related activities, maintains building operations, and oversees the D2S Micro Transit Program. The Director ensures that the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes so that the CEO can focus on external partnerships, development, and mission advancement.

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule / Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Evenings and weekends as needed.
D2S Micro Transit Coordinator
Overview
​The D2S Micro Transit Coordinator is responsible for scheduling micro transit rides, providing administrative and program support, and conducting community street outreach. The Coordinator also serves as a Community Coach—advocating for and promoting health and wellness among residents utilizing micro transit and organizational services.
