Program Manager

Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of
organizational programs, events, workshops, and trainings to ensure alignment with strategic goals and
grant requirements. This role manages program logistics, tracks and reports outcomes, and serves as the
primary point of contact to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

 

The Program Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with residents, community partners, and local
organizations—particularly within the Far Eastside community—while representing the organization at
events and coordinating volunteer and committee activities. Additionally, the position provides
operational and administrative support, including data collection, reporting, communications assistance,
and backup support for key functions, while collaborating closely with leadership to advance strategic
priorities and foster a culture of accountability, respect, and service excellence.

For Hire Transportation Driver

Position Summary

The Transportation Driver is responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle within Pathway’s Micro Transit System to transport participants to and from designated stops in accordance with assigned routes and schedules. Reporting to the Micro Transit Manager, this full-time position requires strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

 

The Transportation Driver communicates effectively regarding delays or route changes, assists passengers with mobility needs including wheelchair lift operation and securement,conducts required vehicle inspections, maintains vehicle cleanliness, and promptly reports maintenance or safety concerns. Qualified candidates must hold a valid For Hire Endorsement with at least two years of experience, demonstrate strong defensive driving skills and punctuality, and complete a two-week training program including TAPTCO certification.

CDL Transportation Driver (Full-Time)

Position Summary

The CDL Transportation Driver is responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle within Pathway’s Micro Transit System to transport participants to and from designated stops in accordance with assigned routes and schedules. Reporting to the Micro Transit Manager, this full-time position requires strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while upholding high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

 

The CDL Transportation Driver communicates effectively regarding delays, route changes, or operational concerns; assists passengers with mobility needs, including operating wheelchair lifts and properly securing riders; conducts and documents required vehicle inspections; maintains vehicle cleanliness; and promptly reports maintenance or safety issues. Qualified candidates must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement, have a minimum of two years of driving experience, demonstrate strong defensive driving skills and reliability, and successfully complete a two-week training program, including TAPTCO certification.

Part-Time Transportation Driver

Overview

The Pathway Transportation Driver transports participants in Pathway’s Micro Transit System from and to each stop safely, coordinates route, and effectively communicates any delays or issues with passengers and employer.

Schedule / Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week. Evenings and weekends as needed.

D2S Micro Transit Coordinator

Overview

The D2S Micro Transit Coordinator is responsible for scheduling micro transit rides, providing administrative and program support, and conducting community street outreach. The Coordinator also serves as a Community Coach—advocating for and promoting health and wellness among residents utilizing micro transit and organizational services.
