Part-Time Transportation Driver
Overview
The Pathway Transportation Driver transports participants in Pathway’s Micro Transit System from and to each stop safely, coordinates route, and effectively communicates any delays or issues with passengers and employer.
About the Position
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule / Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week. Evenings and weekends as needed.
Volunteer Coordinator
Overview
The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, and manages volunteers and ensures that volunteer activities are carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance to the organization's mission and objectives. The Volunteer Coordinator helps expand the capacity of the staff with volunteer support.
About the Position
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule / Hours: This is a paid contract position, average 10-15 hours per week.
Program Manager
Overview
​The Pathway Program Manager ensures the effective execution, coordination, and evaluation of programs, services, and community initiatives that advance the organization’s mission. This role is responsible for implementing and tracking program goals, managing logistics, coordinating community resources, and ensuring outcomes are met with excellence.

Schedule / Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Evenings and weekends as needed.
