Director of Programs

Overview

The Pathway Director of Programs is a member of the mid-level leadership team who manages, implements, and provides oversight of all Pathway’s programs, services, events, employment trainings, and workshops to include obtaining resources and partnerships. The Director of Programs will be in the community attending meetings and events related to their role and representing Pathway. In addition, the Director of Programs  directly supervises the Program Coordinator and leads the Events Committee. The ideal candidate will have non-profit experience and a strong knowledge of the far east side and Marion County.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Schedule / Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Evenings and weekends as needed.

Director of Organization Services

Overview

The Director of Organization Services is a mid-level leadership role and a key member of the eam, working alongside the Director of Programs and reporting directly to the  Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the organization, overseeing internal operations and providing direct support to the CEO. This position manages staff, supports grant-related activities, maintains building operations, and oversees the D2S Micro Transit Program. The Director ensures that the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes so that the CEO can focus on external partnerships, development, and mission advancement.

Chief of Staff

Overview

The Chief of Staff ensures initiatives set by leadership are executed. This role provides strong executive leadership with operational support to our organization, ensuring alignment with our culture and our longstanding history of community impact. This role is crucial in supporting and elevating the CEO, driving organizational efficiency, and enhancing program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing the vision of the CEO, managing and leading teams, program management, case management, and grant management.  The Chief of Staff leads the senior level staff including the Director of Programs, Operations and Field Coordinator and Volunteers.

Summer Training Youth For Sucess 2.0 Program Supervisor

Overview

The Summer Training Youth For Success 2.0 Program Supervisor will supervise and monitor youth program participants ages 14-17 from June 10, 2025-July 17, 2025. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the TYFS Supervisor will be responsible for administering all facets of the Training Youth for Success Program, special events and community-based programs.

Summer Training Youth For Success 2.0 Program Coordinator

Overview

The Summer TYFS 2.0 Program Coordinator will be responsible for administering all facets the organization’s summer job ready training and employment program, Training Youth for Success 2.0 Program (TYFS). The Youth Program Coordinator will be accountable for the administration assistance of overall programming and services which includes but is not limited to: program oversight, job-site supervision, program assistance, classroom management, technical assistance, project planning, special event coordination and project documentation. The Program Coordinator will also assist with the management and facilitation of training.
